Why we do this

We believe a comfortable, well-arranged home makes daily life happier and more relaxed. That belief is the whole reason Vieira Home exists.

The home is where everyday life actually happens – cooking, gathering, unwinding, growing things. So instead of chasing every trend, we look for products that quietly improve those everyday moments: pieces that work well, look good and last. If an item does not make daily living a little more beautiful, comfortable or effortless, it does not make it into our range.

That is also why we keep our range deliberately focused. We would rather carry four collections we can genuinely stand behind than a thousand products we cannot.

Every product is selected on three criteria: quality (materials and build), functionality (does it genuinely solve something?) and style (does it earn its place in your home?).

Curation is only half the job – the other half is how we treat you from checkout to delivery and beyond.

• Free tracked shipping on every order, to all 50 US states, with no minimum spend – details in our Shipping Policy;
• No surprises at the door – import duties are settled by us and the checkout total is the total you pay, as set out in our Payment Policy;
• Clear returns – conditions and timelines are in our Return & Refund Policy;
• Real people answering – our support team replies within 1–2 business days, by email or through our contact form.

You can email us at any hour. Our customer service team reads and answers messages during the hours below, in Eastern Time (ET) – the time zone our customers live in, not the one our office sits in.

Ownership and transparency

Vieira Home is the consumer-facing brand of JMax B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands. Every order placed on vieirahome.com is a contract with JMax B.V.

How we operate

We do not manufacture products ourselves. Our range is sourced from vetted manufacturers and suppliers, and each product is assessed on quality, functionality and value before it joins the collection. Management, customer service and quality control are run from the Netherlands; fulfilment is handled through our logistics partners, and part of our range ships directly from our suppliers' warehouses – which keeps prices fair, with delivery times as set out in our Shipping Policy.

What we hold ourselves to

• Our advertising and pricing comply with applicable consumer protection law;
• No hidden costs, no false urgency, no misleading claims – the price and information you see are real;
• Your statutory consumer rights always apply in full, alongside our own policies;
• We say plainly where our goods come from and where they ship from, above – not in the small print.
